Accordingly, the above self-produced material does not depict real human participants in actual sexually explicit conduct.

Record-keeping principles

Whether 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and their implementing rules apply depends on the material, production method, participation of real performers and the operator's role.
