The Cultivator Refuses to Marry In

Thirteen years ago, Li Muchen and his grandfather had only each other, scraping by on collecting recyclables. After his grandfather died an unexpected, wretched death, he left Li Muchen a marriage contract with a wealthy family, and the helpless boy was taken away by a passing immortal from Kunlun. Thirteen years later, he has succeeded in his cultivation and returns in force, his first goal to call off the engagement! Facing the wealthy family that has come to force the marriage, he declares with domineering force: "Either you call off the engagement, or your family changes its surname to Li! If there is a number-one clan in this world, it can only be my Li family!" This drama is adapted from the Fanqie novel "A Master Comes Down the Mountain: I Won't Be a Live-in Son-in-Law," by Shijing Xianren.
