Story summary
Yu Qing hopes to confess to Mo Zhiyan by way of a two-person portrait at the weekend exhibition, only to find that he is more concerned about the private details painted into the work without his consent. She first takes down the caption involving him, then speaks her feelings to him alone, admitting that creating art cannot substitute for asking. Mo Zhiyan is willing to keep getting to know her, but hopes the relationship stays private; the two begin with a post-exhibition dinner, handing the decision back to each other.
