Story summary
Gu Qing went to the seaside bench as planned to watch the sunset, but Song Yuan wanted to change locations on the fly due to shifting cloud cover; for the first time, she refused to keep rushing around with him just for a photograph. Only then did he realize that what he had invited was her company, not an assistant who was always at his beck and call. The two stayed where they were to observe the tide; though they missed the spectacular glow of the sunset, they clarified their respective expectations, agreeing to arrange photo shoots and dates separately next time so that both would have a say in deciding the itinerary.
