Story summary
Lin Xi goes to the bakery early in the morning to pick up goods and discovers that Meng Xu wrote an invitation for a date on the paper bag; it turns out the two had all along treated the bread set aside extra as routine professional care. She is willing to accept the invitation, but requests not to mix personal notes into customer orders. Meng Xu puts away the mistakenly used paper bag and explains his feelings anew after work; the two agree to first try meeting on a day off, adding new anticipation to their originally familiar handovers.
