Story summary

The exercise sheets he helps gather happen to be the very difficulties he encountered when resuming his studies. She invites him to open discussions, and he shares the practical hardships of self-study on night shifts; the bus still runs the same route, but the two no longer interpret each other's silence as a refusal to converse.
