Story summary
In the lamp-lit living room, Shu Rui receives a stack of old photos handed over by Wen Cen, one of which has "I like you" written on the back, but she wants to know first whether he is simply reminiscing about the past. Wen Cen speaks of specific moments of affection during their recent shared life, rather than rehashing regrets from their youth. She also admits that she needs a more stable connection. The two decide to start with deliberately arranged time together once a week, not letting old photographs make promises for the future.
