Story summary
Luo He goes on an evening park walking date, but Yan Xu plans a high-intensity running route; instead of forcing herself to keep up again, she proposes a leisurely walk along the lake. He is used to expressing care in his own way, while she always mentions her exhaustion only after the fact. This time, they take turns choosing segments of the route, talking along the walk about the kinds of rest they each truly need; an evening that might have resulted in another broken appointment turns into an exercise in adjusting their pace.
