Story summary
Before Shen Yi departs, Luo Yuan confesses romantic feelings at the station. Having just ended a relationship, Shen Yi cannot give the hoped-for response and chooses to explain her situation honestly. Luo Yuan withdraws the suggestion that she immediately consider a long-distance relationship and hands over the musical instrument that needs to be returned, as agreed. She boards the train as planned, and neither sets a deadline for waiting. The feelings are taken seriously without becoming an obligation to reciprocate.
