Story summary
Chen He invites Mo Qing to the post-rain bookstore to share past stories of the old street, but Mo Qing brings a page filled with question marks, as much of the memory once held with certainty can no longer be verified. Rather than urging him to piece together a complete legend, she changes the event into a collaborative session for identifying old photographs. Participants fill in verifiable times and locations while leaving the unknowns as they are; for the first time, Mo Qing is willing to share uncertainties with the audience, giving the stories a starting point for continued investigation.
