Story summary
Shen Rui and Jiang Yuan agreed to take the last bus once a week to ride the entire route, but after an announcement of the route's discontinuation appeared, both were unable to take leave to retrace it on its final night. They separately documented the segments they were able to ride, and later, on a day off, pieced together a complete set of notes. The incomplete shared journey turned into individually preserved perspectives, and the two agreed that their next shared route would begin from a new bus stop, rather than ending merely in a farewell.
