Six years later, to pay for treatment for his foster mother, who is in a vegetative state, Qi Xu goes to a Jiang Group construction site to haul bricks, and his coworkers mock him for being a bachelor. At the same time, Jiang Nanyan arrives at the site with Tuanbao for an inspection. At a glance, Tuanbao sees that Qi Xu wears the same necklace as his own and, in front of everyone, calls Qi Xu Dad.
