The Jade Gambler of the Border Town

In the small town of Ruining on the China-Myanmar border, freight-yard worker Chu Tianxiang looks like just a young man who hauls goods for others, but he is actually the apprentice of the legendary "Stone God," Uncle Ou, and has an exceptional ability to read stones. Back then his father lost the family fortune gambling on stones and even paid with his life, leaving heavy debts, so Chu Tianxiang promised his mother that he would never in this life set foot in that trade again. Dai Xinyi, the second daughter of the Dai family in the capital, offers a large reward to find the "Stone God" so she can fight for the right to inherit the family, and at last, in Ruining, she finds Chu Tianxiang, who has deliberately stayed hidden. The two become entangled through a contest with stakes as high as ten million. Dai Xinyi offers to cover his mother's medical expenses, hoping only that he will act again and go with her into this contest that affects the entire family.
