In the small town of Ruining on the China-Myanmar border, freight-yard worker Chu Tianxiang looks like just a young man who hauls goods for others, but he is actually the apprentice of the legendary "Stone God," Uncle Ou, and has an exceptional ability to read stones. Back then his father lost the family fortune gambling on stones and even paid with his life, leaving heavy debts, so Chu Tianxiang promised his mother that he would never in this life set foot in that trade again.
